Mary Pedlar
Mary Pedlar is chairman of Lord Street Properties, which owns and manages Wayfarers Arcade. The former managing director still frequents the Arcade in her role as chairman.
She was based in Southport for more than 30 years after graduating from Cambridge University in the 1950s.
Mary draws on her extensive experience of investing in the Arcade and developing successful local enterprises to help the Arcade prosper.
