Nicola Lynch
Continuing her family’s tradition Nicola Lynch is the managing director of Lord Street Properties, the company that owns and manages Wayfarers Arcade.
She grew up in Southport, was educated at Bristol University and since 2004 has become established in her role as managing director.
Nicola splits her time between her job in business development, a large national law firm, and her role at the Arcade.
After working alongside her mother, Mary Pedlar, a short handover period Nicola has now cemented her position as managing director.
